Liam works on all aspects of our clients’ estate planning matters. He works closely with Diane on complex estate planning techniques including family limited partnerships, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts and charitable planning strategies.
Prior to joining Currier Law Offices, Liam was a Senior Associate in the International Tax Services department at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While at PwC, Liam specialized in providing international tax consulting services to multinational corporations, with a focus on international transaction structuring and cross-border M&A.
Liam earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 2007 with a major in Political Economy and his law degree, cum laude, from Boston University in 2010. While in law school, Liam was an intern at Greater Boston Legal Services as well as a research assistant to a professor conducting research in the areas of corporate law, tax law, executive compensation, corporate governance and constitutional law. In his second year, Liam won the Dean’s Award for Best Federal Income Tax Student.
Liam is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Trust and Estates and Taxation sections as well as the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law and Taxation sections.
