In addition to working with our team on estate planning matters, Kristin also handles the probate of estates; gift, estate and fiduciary income tax compliance; insurance trust administration, including Crummey notices; trust and estate accounting; and corporate law compliance for non-profit organizations and family entities.
Kristin J.B. Mirliani earned her law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1997 where she was recognized as an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar. In 1994, Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude, from St. Lawrence University with a double major in Economics and Government.
Kristin was a founding partner at the law firm of Madden and Bouchard with a specialty in family law matters. Prior to working at Madden and Bouchard, Kristin was an Associate at the Davies Law Firm with a specialty in funding Living Trusts.
Kristin has an extensive history of elected public service. In 2009, Kristin was elected to the Town of Canton Planning Board where she served for 5 years. She is currently an elected member of the Town of Canton School Committee.
Kristin Mirliani is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
Kristin is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Tax Sections of the Boston Bar Association as well as the Real Property, Trust and Estates Law Section of the American Bar Association.
