Julie Braverman Bruno works with our team on all aspects of our clients’ estate planning matters. Prior to joining Currier Law Offices, Julie spent twelve years at Dewey Ballantine in New York City, where she began as an associate and was later named Counsel in the firm’s Tax Department. While at Dewey Ballantine, Julie worked closely with in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of tax-driven transactions, including domestic and cross-border leveraged leasing, structured and project finance, off-balance sheet financings and a variety of inbound and outbound international transactions.
Prior to law school, Julie worked for four years in Washington, D.C. as a legislative aide to Congressman Dan Rostenkowski, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee.
Julie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 1987 with a major in English and her law degree in 1994, with honors, from the University of Buffalo Law School. While in law school, Julie was an Editor of the Buffalo Law Review.
Julie is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
