<p>Andrew is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Trust and Estates section, the Boston Estate Planning Council and the Trusts and Estates Consortium.</p>
<p>Andrew is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.</p>
<p>Andrew earned his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 2009 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 2001.  While in law school, Andrew was an intern in the Health Care Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office and a judicial intern for the Honorable Andrew Grainger on the Massachusetts Appeals Court.  In 2010, Andrew earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Program where he focused on estate planning.</p>

<p>Debra Rubin has worked in trust and estates for more than twelve years. She oversees all aspects of trust and estate administration in her role as the Senior Trust and Estate Administrator at Currier Law Offices, where her responsibilities include the collection, valuation, transfer, and distribution of assets; performing calculations used in post-mortem tax planning; guiding clients through the probate process; and preparing and filing estate tax returns.</p>
<p>Before joining Currier Law Offices, Deb worked as a senior estate settlement administrator for three years at Ropes &#038; Gray LLP and, prior to that, eight years at Mellon Trust of New England. </p>
<p>Deb earned her law degree from New England School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University.  She is also a graduate of Boston University’s Cannon Trust School, where she earned her CTFA designation. </p>

<p>Diane Currier counsels clients on all aspects of estate planning. She designs lifetime gift programs and advises clients on the use of family limited partnerships, grantor-retained annuity trusts and qualified personal residence trusts. Diane has substantial experience structuring charitable gifts, including charitable lead and charitable remainder trusts, private foundations, gift annuities and conservation restrictions. She has represented numerous charitable organizations and foundations, providing them with tax advice on activities and investments and helping them develop and implement planned giving programs. Diane has an extensive understanding of all aspects of estate administration including post-mortem tax planning.  Diane also has significant general tax experience and has worked with large and small businesses on restructuring matters, the creation of investment partnerships and executive compensation.</p>
<p>Before forming Currier Law Offices, Diane spent over thirty years at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she was a partner in the firm’s Tax, Trusts &amp; Estate Planning and Nonprofit &amp; Charitable Organizations groups.</p>
<p>Diane is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. Tax Court.</p>
<p>Diane earned her law degree, <em>magna cum laude</em>, from Cornell Law School in 1979. At Cornell, Diane was on the Board of Editors of the <em>Cornell Law Review</em>. Diane is a 1976 graduate of Brown University.</p>
